Hi hi! I’m Alex Dally, a multi-passionate entrepreneur based in Knoxville, Tennessee. I grew up as pianist & percussionist, discovered a love for theatre in high school, and of course have always been way too organized for my own good. The past four years, I’ve truly leaned into my skills administratively & in technical theatre, and am now the Executive Director of Nief-Norf (a Knoxville-based contemporary chamber music organization) as well as work backstage at the Clarence Brown Theatre. I love to travel ( catch me in NYC alllll the time), cook, go on long walks outside, lift at the gym, read, watch cozy comfort shows, & spend time with my parents’ doggo, Finn Hamilton :) Thank you for your interest in Scene Swamp Collaborative & for joining me on this super exciting journey! 🪴🪴🪴

Scene Swamp Collaborative was born out of a love for organization and collaboration with a goal of helping small businesses, individuals, and especially non-profit organizations revolutionize their administrative efficiency to allow for more creative & collaborative output. I’ve used Notion & Airtable, two productivity applications, for almost five years now, which have completely transformed workflows at Nief-Norf, in my personal life, and in my business. I deeply understand how crazy life can get and how having digital information alllll over the place isn’t beneficial to anyone — so let me help you clear those murky digital waters & get out of that chaotic swamp for good!

A lil explanation on the business name haha ~ I originally came up with the name Scene Swamp for a theatre-related podcast idea in high school (drew up a whole logo for it & everything), and felt it was right to honor my younger self, even though my passions have grown & evolved :) “Scene” comes from me directly collaborating with clients (or being “on the scene”) and “Swamp” comes from the first theatre show I was part of (which completely changed my life in the most incredible way), music directing Shrek the Musical !!
